Classification of all ceramic bearings

(5) electrical insulation bearing: because of high resistivity, arc damage can be avoided, which can be used in various electrical equipment requiring insulation.

Full ceramic ball bearing

One side of full ceramic ball bearing is filled with ball notches. Because of the design of no cage structure, more ceramic balls can be loaded into the bearing than the standard structure, so as to improve its load capacity. In addition, the limitation of cage material can be avoided, so as to achieve the corrosion resistance and temperature resistance effect of ceramic cage type full ceramic bearing.This series of bearings are not suitable for high rotation speed, so it should be noted that the notched surface should be installed at one end which is not subjected to axial load.

Mixed ceramic ball bearing

Ceramic ball, especially silicon nitride ball, has the characteristics of low density, high hardness, low friction coefficient, wear resistance, self-lubrication and good steel, especially suitable for high speed, high precision and long life mixed ceramic ball bearing rolling body (inner and outer rings for metal bearing steel or stainless steel material).Generally, bearing steel (GCr15) and stainless steel (AISI440C) are used in the inner and outer rings according to customer requirements.
