Timken Declares Quarterly Dividend

The board of directors of The Timken Company (NYSE: TKR) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 15 cents per share. The dividend is payable on March 2, 2006 to shareholders of record as of February 21, 2006. It will be the 335th consecutive dividend paid on the common stock of the company.
