Innovations And New Types Of ZKL Roller Bearing(Pic)

Another dimensional type 29412EJ, one of first representatives of innovated spherical roller thrust bearings, was released for serial production by ZKL. Technical parameters of this bearing, i.e. dynamic load rating 382KN, static loading rating 1004KN and limiting speed frequency 2600r.p.m. are comparable with competitive product SKF 29412E. This innovated bearing fully supersedes the existing "M" execution produced in ZKL Brno,a.s and its parameters surpass by 25%. To complement the innovation process of entire spherical roller thrust bearing of 294 series there has started in course of third quarter the projects of innovation of types 29428, 29430 and 29432, all in EJ execution. Their materialization-release for serial production-is planned to take place during the year 2006.
