Nook Industries Introduces Precision Profile Rail Systems
CLEVELAND, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Nook Industries, a leading manufacturer of linear motion control systems and components introduces its broad selection of Precision Profile Rail Systems. Nook Precision Profile Rail Systems runner blocks and rails are interchangeable with other manufacturers. Two runner block designs are available to provide stable and efficient linear motion guidance under variable speed and high load applications. The steel return tube ball recirculation design enables the runner block to be used for higher speed applications while the plastic end cap ball recirculation design is narrower in width than the return tube style. Eight different runner block designs are available to meet application requirements. "Nook Industries will deliver high quality profile rail systems with quick shipment as a domestic supplier," says Jim Mangan, Nook Industries Director of the Precision Actuator Group. "We are committed to expanding Nook Industries linear motion product offerings while reducing engineering and purchasing lead times to our customers." Nook profile rails offer custom travel lengths up to 3,000mm with longer travel available through joined rail systems. Profile Rail widths range from 15 through 65mm in accuracy classes from C001 to C7. Runner block preload classes from T through T3 are available. Standard seals are equipped on each runner block; bellows, cap plugs and scrapers are available as options.
