New Heat Treatment Line in ZKL Brno, a.s.(pic)

New continuous heat treatment line supplied by ZEZ Praha Company designed for heat treatment of spherical rollers up to 55 mm diameter has been put in operation in ZKL Brno, a.s. plant. Thanks to computer controlled process of heat treatment and utilized protective atmosphere on nitrogen and natural gas basis the line has parameters comparable with worldwide competition. The heat treatment workplace has also undergone ameliorations by new floor and by installed washer for rinsing of rings hardened in salt baths, supplied by SUMMA Sumperk.
