Jig bushes come with or without heads

A new range of jig bushes are available from Ondrives as either headless or headed type press fit in through hardened steel 62-64Rc, manufactured to ISO4247/BS1098-2/DIN172A. Both headless and headed bushes can be used for all jigs where an economical bush is required which afford the minimum spacing between bushes. Headless bushes are available in bore sizes from 1.0 to 125mm with increments ranging from 0.05 to 1.0mm depending on bore size. The head on headed bushes can also be used as a dead stop when feeding down onto it. There are also three other versions available which range from fixed and slip renewable to the headless and headed liner types.
