Total RMB2.8 Billion's Sales Contracts be Invited by NHIG

By the end of February 2005, Baotou North Heavy Industry Group(NHIG) had invited several sales contracts which was worth RMB2.8 billion and their output value had reached RMB360 million, upped 159 percent from the same period in 2004. In recent years, North Heavy Industy Group(NHIG) take the products oriented developing strategy. All their products can be classified into the following 7 groups: non-road mining vehicle, hydraulic drive pressure digger, special steel and deep hole products, train shaft and hook, drilling machine and hydraulic drive cage, metallurgy equipments and special utility vehicles. Predictively, the operating income and output value will hit RMB3 billion and RMB3.4 billion respectively in 2005. In China, 85 percent of non-road mining vehicles were manufactured by NHIG. In 2005, NHIG has signed exporting contract which was worth RMB100 million. They also signed an exporting contract of train shaft with client from Kazakhstan. This contract was worth RMB160 million.
