ZKL Hanusovice, a.s. on Purchasing Day of PSA Peugeot - Citroën, France£¨pic£©

On February 14, 2005 the purchasing day of suppliers to automotive industry from Central Europe was held in a small French town of Poissy near Paris. This meeting was organized in cooperation of the Global Purchasing of PSA Peugeot - Citroën and Zdruzenie automobiloveno prumyslu, Bratislava. Our company ZKL Hanusovice, a.s. took part in this event on invitation of PSA people with whom our relations are being developed already on a long-term basis. Altogether 54 companies presented their products and services connected with automotive industry, with the aim to become one of suppliers to PSA Peugeot - Citroën, the second largest vehicle manufacturer in Europe. There were both the suppliers of plastic moldings, metal pressed design parts as well as of electronics. ZKL Hanusovice, a.s. at its stand displaying the products and opportunities was represented by the Executive Director Mr. Pavel Katolicky Eng., the Assistant to Director Mme. Hana Mackova and Assistant to Commercial Director Mr. Michal M¨¹ller. In the morning the discussions were held at the stands between the exhibitors and Global Purchasing staff of PSA Peugeot - Citroën on particular possibilities of cooperation, followed by the conference during which the PSA Purchasing Director Mr. Jean-Phillippe Collin informed the participants about the activities of the company in the last years, the economic results of 2004 year and about the plans for the future along with the intentions to extend the supplies system. The afternoon and evening was reserved for continuation of negotiations at the stands. The representatives of ZKL Hanusovice, a.s. managed to establish several important contacts which should result in classification of the company among the approved stable supplier of another large vehicle manufacturer.
