JohnCrane Acquired Tianjin Dingming Seal Co.,Ltd

Dec. 15 2004, JohnCrane formally acquired Tianjin Seal Co.,Ltd through equity transfer and a new company named JohnCrane Dingming Seal Co.,Ltd. was founded. The JohnCrane will invest RMB50 million in the initial phase to introduce new equipment and implement a reform in the new company. The new company's founding will enhance JohnCrane's competitive in Asian-Pacific Area. They will put advanced sealing products and sealing technology into domestic and international market. Two years later, the company sales will hit RMB200 million and the company itself will develop to JohnCrane's base of research, manufacture, sales and feedback. Tianjin Dingming Seal Co.,Ltd was a company with capacity of self reseaching and developing.
