ZWZ's ERP Will be Available in Near future

After one year's preparation, ZWZ's ERP has been in a final stage. It will be taken into practice at the end of 2004. In the course of ERP's preparation, ZWZ has drafted general solution of future operation and operation process, totaled 84 items; filed 8300 kinds of products' data; collected major customer datas from over 4400 customers; built and perfected the informational system, plan of operation process, products catalog and database of product's structure. Concerning the network, ZWZ completed the upgrade of current network system and system examination; lined 26 new lightguide fiber; debugged more than 40 terminal equipments in the network. If the ERP can be successfully put into practice, almost all aspects of the enterprise will be promoted. For example, management of production planning, technical developing, quality control; efficient control of information, capital and material; harmonized the relation among production, supply and sale. ERP's implementing will expedite the enterprise's response against customer; optimize the operation generally; make the enterprise more competitive.
