New Member Appointed to Executive Board of FAG Kugelfischer AG:
Norbert Indlekofer Represents FAG-Automotive SCHWEINFURT, November 15, 2004. At its meeting on November 12, the Supervisory Board of FAG Kugelfischer AG ¨C a member of the Schaeffler Group (Herzogenaurach) ¨C appointed Norbert Indlekofer (46) to the company¡¯s Executive Board, with responsibility for the automotive sector. In addition to this new post, Indlekofer will keep his position as Managing Director at INA-Schaeffler KG, where he has been in charge of ¡°INA Transmissions and INA/FAG Chassis Systems¡± within the Schaeffler Group¡¯s automotive division since September 2004. Following his studies of mechanical engineering with a special focus on control and automotive engineering in Stuttgart and initial work experience, gained for instance at ZF Friedrichshafen, Indlekofer joined LuK GmbH in B¨¹hl as Product Testing Manager in 1989. Later on he became CEO of LuK Getriebesysteme GmbH, then headed LuK Fahrzeug-Hydraulik in Homburg und set up the CVT production at Bußmatten. Before changing from B¨¹hl to Herzogenaurach, he was Purchasing and Production Director at LuK. Mr. Indlekofer is 46 years of age, married and a father of three.
