USBD purchased Bearings& Drives Corp

Recently,USBD£¨US Bearings and Drives£¬a subsidiary of Canada BC bearing group£© purchased America Bearings & Drives Corp. USBD found in 1979 which is important pillar of BC Group in America. There are 13 representative area i.e. Washington, California, Alaska and Arizona etc on USBD. BC bearing group was built in 1944, with more than 60 distribution place in America, Canada, Mexico, Peru and Chile. Its sales is 117 million USD and main products such as bearing and transmission components are applied in mining, forest industry, metallurgy and food process. In 1975, Bearings & Drives Corp was initiated in North Dakota and has 6 subsidiaries in North Dakota and Minnisota. Mr MacPherson , USBD president said that, purchasing Bearings & Drives coincided with our expanding market in America so that we could built distribution network in new area and possess our own company.
