5S Management Make the Whole ZWZ Look Brand-New

It's necessary for a modern enterprise to have a excellent image to compete with others especially foreign competitors. In the recent 10 years, ZWZ paid more attention on worksite management, and the whole ZWZ took on an entirely new aspect. After almost 10 years implementing of 5S since 1995, ZWZ has created a specific management measure themselves, named "4-ise". They are positionise the equipment; standardise the working appliance; standardise daily behavior; cleanise the environment. To implement the 5S effectively among all staffs, ZWZ regarded the 5S as First Important Project. Every person in charge should pay attention on it. The final purpose is to make sure that every employee know the necessity of implementing 5S.
