¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Shenhua Holding Found Joint Venture with Lear Yesterday, Shanghai Shenhua Holding Ltd. announced that they will establish a joint venture with Lear Company, US, which is the subsidiary of America automotive parts supplier, Lear Corp. This joint venture will be founded in Shenyang. Liaoning Province, China, mainly producing Auto seats. And Lear will invest USD $1.8million, holding 60% shares, while Shenhua will hold 40% with USD $1.2million. Furthermore, Shenhua also owns 11.2% shares of Mini-Auto Manufacturer, Jinbei Auto Co., Ltd.
