A customer satisfaction survey conducted by INA Bearing Company has revealed that 87 per cent of customers rate INA¡¯s overall service during the last 12 months as the same or better. The same poll showed that 82 per cent are likely to remain long term customers of the Sutton Coldfield-based Company.
