Kaydon Corporation Announces Fourth Quarter Dividend The Board of Directors of Kaydon Corporation (NYSE:KDN) today announced a regular quarterly dividend of $.15 per share. This dividend will be paid on January 2, 2008 to Stockholders of Record on December 10, 2007. The $.15 per share quarterly rate was initially approved in 2007's third quarter, prior to which the quarterly payout had been $.12 per share.
