Bearing Technologies Forms M&A Division Bearing Technologies Ltd.announced is has formed a Mergers & Acquisitions division. The new division is headed by Jeff Hrehocik, who also becomes head of Corporate Finance. Mr. Hrehocik joins Bearing Technologies most recently from General Electric Corp. He has also held positions with Parker-Hannifin and Applied Industrial Technologies. Bearing Technologies is a key U.S. manufacturer of automotive and light truck wheel bearing hub assembly units; wheel bearings; transmission and clutch release bearings; industrial bearings and components; and drivetrain components. The company targets both OEM and replacement markets. BT President, Laz Tromler, Jr., said: "Bringing Jeff on board to form a dedicated M&A group represents the next step in our company's acquisition growth strategy. Over the next 18 months, we plan to aggressively seek acquisition opportunities that complement our current business, as well as those in adjacent mobile markets."
