The Flextrac conveyors take loads up to 500lb (227kg) and opeate at speeds up to 375ft/min (11.5m/min) These novel conveyors are offered in standard lengths up to 30ft (9m), or up to 100ft (30m) by special order. Widths of 4in (100mm) to 24 (600mm) are available, with a variety of side profile options for product containment.Each conveyor features wear strips and centre supports to ensure long belt life and quiet operation. QC Industries' unique Lube-for-Life Bearings make these conveyors virtually maintenance-free, with a permanent micro-poly lubricant eliminating the need to periodically lubricate bearings.Flextrac conveyors are available with more than 100 styles of industry-standard 1in pitch belting. Available belts include flush grid or flat top styles in a variety of materials, from low cost polypropylene to polyethylene with anti-microbial additive to a super high temperature composite.speciality belts are also available, including roller-top belts for accumulation, high-friction belts, and nub-top belts for easy product release.
