Bison Gear named to Chicago's 101 Best & Brightest Companies Electric motor manufacturer Bison Gear & Engineering Corp. has been selected one of Chicago's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For. The Best and Brightest awards were established to honor those companies that recognize employees as their greatest asset. The 2007 awards recognize companies that work with imagination and conviction to create organizational value and business results through their policies and Best Practices in human resource management. Bison will be honored with the other recipients at an awards ceremony on August 6 at the Chicago Marriott in Oak Brook, Illinois.
