BNL UK Ltd. Acquires Injection-Moulding Company Cobb Slater Ltd. BNL UK Ltd. has acquired UK-based Cobb Slater Ltd. expanding its worldwide expertise in thermoplastic ball bearing assemblies and technical mouldings. BNL UK Ltd. is a leading designer and manufacturer of innovative plastic bearing solutions and maintains a subsidiary here, in the United States. ¡°This acquisition is part of BNL¡¯s global strategy to strengthen our product and service offerings to our customers by providing innovative thermoplastic bearing assemblies and specialty technical mouldings,¡± said Terry Holmes, Vice President, BNL Global Sales. ¡°The addition of Cobb Slater enhances the product range and services that can be offered to customers particularly those in bath and shower-related markets,¡± he said. US-based customers currently account for approximately one-third of the company¡¯s total business.
