NRB Bearings Board Declares 65% Final Dividend The board of directors of NRB Bearings declared (Q, N,C,F)* a final dividend of 65%, or Rs 1.30 a share of face value of Rs 2 each, payable to members as per register of members. The above declaration was made at the board meeting held on Jun. 7, 2007. Along with the interim dividend of 80%, that is Rs 1.60 a share of face value of Rs 2, the total dividend for the year will be 145%, that is Rs 2.90 a share of face value of Rs 2 each, subject to shareholders approval in general meeting. The company is India`s most diversified bearings manufacturer. The products of the company find application in light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles. Shares of the company closed down Rs 3.15, or 3.55%, at Rs 90,90. Total volume of shares traded at the BSE was 7,420.(Thursday).
