SKF Results Reporter for Web-enabled Reliability Data Management

SKF Results Reporter for Web-enabled Reliability Data Management SKF introduced a reliability data management and reporting solution, previously proven in the harsh environment of the results-driven North Sea Oil & Gas industry. SKF Results Reporter provides information transparency to operators regardless of location and enables them to make better decisions and improve the reliability of process equipment. Available in modular packages, from a ground level reporting tool to a fully-enabled web portal data mining and analysis package, users can select the combination that will best meet the needs of their business. SKF can deliver full capabilities to an organization's internal staff or provide SKF expert analysis service and recommend actions to improve reliability. With Results Reporter, users can recommend maintenance tasks based on data that has been collected and analyzed. The continuous improvement loop is completed as the system identifies particular problem areas and opportunities for improvement by use of Mean Time Between Exception (MTBE), fault summary machinery template analysis and percent exceptions by condition monitoring technique. Additional reports include detailed cost analysis, cost analysis summary and compliance reporting. Results Reporter gives customers the capability to stay organized and in control of their reliability program, at any time, from anywhere, optimizing their resources and maximizing the results. Wil Chin, ARC Advisory Group, commented, "With increasing adoption of intelligent systems, the pervasiveness of data overload is making it increasingly difficult for operators to determine its significance impeding productivity. Solutions like SKF's Results Reporter that make sense out of reams of data and provide recommendations in practical terms can help enterprises resolve problems while continuously maintaining a knowledgeable workforce."
