Morgan Receives Reducins Sizing Mill Orders In 2006 2006 was a banner year for Morgan Construction Company with five separate orders for reducing sizing mills (RSMs). Customers in South America, India, and Europe ordered the RSMs, bringing Morgan¡¯s total worldwide to nearly 40 strands, far more than any other rolling mill manufacturer. ¡°Customers are looking for ways to improve steel mill efficiency,¡± notes T. The RSM orders in 2006 came from Acindar, Jindal Steel and Power, Ltd., Jindal South West Steel Limited, Ovako Wire b.v. and CMC Zawiercie.
