Timken Declares Quarterly Dividend The board of directors of The Timken Company today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 16 cents per share. The dividend is payable on March 2, 2007, to shareholders of record as of Feb. 16, 2007. It will be the 339th consecutive dividend paid on the common stock of the company.
