China: Russian Bearing etc. High-Tech & Large-scale Project Settled in Harbin Development Zone

At present, 28 high-tech projects of Russia and the Common Wealth of Independent States have settled in Harbin Development Zone. Among them, 12 projects have been pool capital or cooperation or exclusive investment enterprises ,14 have passed a test and put into production. This marked that the science and technology cooperation between Harbin Development Zone and Russia has been ahead of other regions of China. It was learned that most projects were introduced from Russian research institutes, common characteristics of them are great market potentiality and high technology content. Such as metal wear self-mending project introduced by Sino-Russia Pool Capital Shenglong New Material Co., Ltd, not only it obtained national patent, But also taken as national great popularized project; fluid power heating technology introduced by Yongan Heat Energy Development Co. was taken as national torch plan project.
