Dematic Corp. put these rollers through a 500 hour accelerated test to simulate 10 years of frame wear. In the test, the Dematic roller only showed .03mm wear in the axle, and .05mm wear in the frame. The competitions' rollers showed more wear and in several cases actually failed. Dematic's new extremely quiet, high performance conveyor roller is available in all roller sizes and types to fit most all conveyor applications.
