China: Harbin Bearing Group Corp. and other 11 leading group companies were determined as reorganization focal point of state-owned enterprises

At present, on the meeting of reorganizing symposium for national old industry base, Harbin government announced that the reorganization focal point of state-owned enterprises are listed companies and the enterprise has been projected to be listed. Journalists learned that, the target enterprises are Harbin Medicine Group, Harbin Aircraft Group, Dongan Group, Harbin Refrigerator Group, Harbin Bearing Group, Northeast Light Alloy Corporation, Harbin Measuring Tool Group, Harbin beer Group, Guangyu Corporation and dairy products processing plant and so on. They are the leading enterprises of constructing medicine, automobiles, power station facilities, M. & E., foodstuff ¡°Five Base¡±. The total output value and tax was 31.8billion RMB and 2.7 billion RMB in 2002, which covered 52%and 43.9%in scale enterprises of Harbin. By deeply innovating and policy supporting, the total output value and tax will reach 56.5billion RMB and 6.65 billion RMB in 2005.All of these would drives the rapid economy growth, ensuring Harbin to realize the goal of a relatively comfortable life ahead of time.
