At its Board of Directors Meeting held on June 5, 2006, Minebea Co., Ltd. decided the following managerial assignments. The assignments related to Minebea-Matsushita Motor Corporation, a joint venture with Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., are subject to the approval of its Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 26, 2006, and of its Board of Directors Meeting subsequent to the General Meeting of Shareholders.
